I'm a mom to a sweet little boy named Alenzo Osean. The greatest joy in my life is getting to be this little boy's mama. A role I cherish so much. Balancing all the roles in my life is something I learn to do daily, but I will never take this one for granted.

Mindset &
Business Coach

Getting to coach women is so fulfilling, and one of my life callings. I help women build their CEO Mindset & start their businesses. Using my decade of knowledge and experience to help them build their personal and business brands.

PhD Student

Originally from Nevada, I moved to Texas to pursue my doctoral degree. I made the difficult decision to transition from my tech career to go back to school. I'm a PhD Management student expected to graduate in May 2025. I love learning and conduct research on the motherhood experiences at work. I also focus on how diverse populations balance their work and family roles.

My Passion

For almost a decade, I’ve helped serve others as a mentor and coach. Having experience working in different areas of business and almost ten years of education, I help women start their businesses and build their personal and business brands. My purpose in this life is helping others make their dreams into a reality. Being a first gen Latina, I know too well the struggles of self-doubt, guilt, and fear in deciding to start my own business. Helping guide other women through their journeys is at the core of my passion and the reason I coach.
